At KKNEKKI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hair accessories or fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
